Ask your AI about all your Gmail accounts at once.
Connect your Gmail accounts once and name them, like "work" or "billing". Then ask Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to search one or all. It only reads mail, never sends or deletes. US$5 a month.
Then US$5 a month or US$48 a year. A card is needed to start. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Which invoices are still unpaid? Check work and billing.
Three invoices have no payment confirmation yet:

Limited beta: Google lets an app that is not verified yet connect only 100 Gmail accounts, so places are few. When you connect your first inbox, Google shows an "unverified app" screen. That is expected. Why Google says that
Your assistant can only see one inbox at a time.
Claude and Gemini connect to one Google account at a time, as of October 2026. So a question about your work, personal and billing mail turns into three questions and some copy and paste. ChatGPT added several Gmail accounts in August 2026, but it can send mail and works only inside ChatGPT.
Set up in a few minutes
Sign in with Google
Your Nickbox account is your Google login. Nothing else to remember.
Connect inboxes and name them
Add up to five Gmail or Google Workspace accounts. Call them work, personal, billing, or whatever you say out loud.
Add one link to your assistant
Copy one link from Nickbox into your assistant's settings. We show you exactly where to click.
This is what you set up
Your inboxes, each with a nickname, in one dashboard. The data below is an example.
Ask the way you would ask a person
Nicknames tell the assistant where to look. Mention one inbox, several, or none and it searches all of them.
Summarize what came into personal since Friday.
Find my flight confirmation. It is in work or personal.

Gmail connector or Gmail MCP server?
Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini each have a built-in Gmail connector. Claude's help page says it reads the one Google account you connect (checked 2026-10-03). ChatGPT added several accounts on 2026-08-28, with permission to send mail, according to press coverage. A Gmail MCP server such as Nickbox is the other route. One link puts up to 5 inboxes in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, read-only. MCP is the standard assistants use to plug in outside tools. Compare the two options
Read-only, and you can see what we keep
What Google lets us do gmail.readonly
- Search your messages
- Read a message and its headers
- List your Gmail labels
What it does not let us do
- Send mail as you
- Create drafts
- Delete or archive messages
- Label or change anything
- Permission
One Google permission
We ask for read-only access. Google does not let that permission send, delete or change mail.
- Your mail
Your mail stays in Gmail
Messages are fetched when your assistant asks and passed straight back. We keep connection details, never message contents.
- Keys
Your access keys stay locked
Google gives us one key per inbox. We store it encrypted in Google Cloud, and only our service can open it.
- Exit
Disconnect in one click
Removing an inbox revokes its key with Google and deletes it from our side.
US$5 a month for up to five inboxes
Works in every assistant on the list above. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want.
Questions people ask first
Is Nickbox a Gmail connector or a Gmail MCP server?
Both names describe the same kind of thing. Claude and ChatGPT call a plug-in a connector, and developers call the server behind it an MCP server. Nickbox is a hosted, read-only Gmail MCP server that you add to your assistant as a custom connector, so up to 5 inboxes work together under nicknames.
What is Nickbox?
Nickbox is a hosted MCP server that connects several Gmail accounts to your AI assistant at once. Each inbox gets a nickname so you can ask about one, some or all of them.
Which assistants work with it?
Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth: Claude on the web and desktop, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, the Gemini app where custom apps are available, ChatGPT with developer mode, Cursor and VS Code. Our docs have a guide for each.
Can Nickbox send or delete email?
No. We ask Google for gmail.readonly, which only allows searching and reading.
Do you store my emails?
No. Messages are fetched when your assistant asks and returned straight away. We store connection details and an encrypted token per inbox.
