Connect your Gmail accounts once and name them, like "work" or "billing". Then ask Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to search one or all. It only reads mail, never sends or deletes. US$5 a month.

## Your assistant can only see one inbox at a time.

Claude and Gemini connect to one Google account at a time, as of October 2026. So a question about your work, personal and billing mail turns into three questions and some copy and paste. ChatGPT added several Gmail accounts in August 2026, but it can send mail and works only inside ChatGPT.

## Set up in a few minutes

1. **Sign in with Google.** Your Nickbox account is your Google login. Nothing else to remember.
2. **Connect inboxes and name them.** Add up to five Gmail or Google Workspace accounts. Call them work, personal, billing, or whatever you say out loud.
3. **Add one link to your assistant.** Copy one link from Nickbox into your assistant's settings. We show you exactly where to click.

## Ask the way you would ask a person

Nicknames tell the assistant where to look. Mention one inbox, several, or none and it searches all of them.

- Summarize what came into personal since Friday.
- Find my flight confirmation. It is in work or personal.
- Anything from the accountant in billing this month?
- List every receipt over US$100 across all inboxes in September.

## Read-only, and you can see what we keep

- **One Google permission.** We ask for read-only access. Google does not let that permission send, delete or change mail.
- **Your mail stays in Gmail.** Messages are fetched when your assistant asks and passed straight back. We keep connection details, never message contents.
- **Your access keys stay locked.** Google gives us one key per inbox. We store it encrypted in Google Cloud, and only our service can open it.
- **Disconnect in one click.** Removing an inbox revokes its key with Google and deletes it from our side.

Limited beta: Google lets an app that is not verified yet connect only 100 Gmail accounts, so places are few. When you connect your first inbox, Google shows an "unverified app" screen. That is expected.
